Meat Cutter Requirements:

Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Meat Cutter Responsibilities:

Cut, prepare, and maintain meat products according to company standards and production levels

Ensure freshness through proper rotation, storage, and handling practices

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following food safety guidelines

Support daily operations and communicate any product or equipment needs to management
