HealthONE, a leading healthcare provider in Denver, is seeking a New Grad Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As a new graduate RN, you will begin your professional nursing career in a collaborative, supportive environment that emphasizes excellence, compassion, and comprehensive patient care. In this role, you will perform thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, recognize and report changes in condition, and participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. You will administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, document care using electronic health records, and follow all clinical and safety protocols to ensure the highest standard of patient care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and case managers—to coordinate care that supports optimal patient outcomes.

As a New Grad Registered Nurse at HealthONE, you will also play an active part in patient and family education, helping them understand diagnoses, procedures, medications, and discharge instructions to support safe transitions of care. Qualified candidates will be recent graduates of an accredited nursing program or have up to one year of RN experience, hold or be eligible for a Colorado RN license (or compact equivalent), and possess current BLS certification, with ACLS required or obtained within a specified timeframe.
