Position Overview: We're looking for individuals who would help us create seamless, memorable catering experiences. As an Event Server, you will directly engage with our customers and represent our Brand by providing services with kindness and attentiveness, assisting with setup and breakdown, and ensuring every guest feels valued. Gain hands-on experience with a variety of events. Actively participate in loading and unloading catering equipment and products. Set up and organize designated event spaces (e.g., venues, customer residences, etc), including tables, chairs, linens, buffet displays, décor, and catering equipment as outlined by your supervisor and our serving standards. Serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction. Clear and break down event setups, handle equipment, and safely handle décor. Position Requirements - Performance Standards: Event Services team members are expected to consistently deliver exceptional service that reflects the company's standards, values, and reputation. Performance is measured by the ability to execute events professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Execute assigned duties accurately with minimal supervision. Take ownership of assigned areas and responsibilities throughout the event. Treat every event—regardless of size or scope—with the same level of care and professionalism. Qualifications: Previous catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to move event equipment as directed by the event manager. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and short-notice events. Certification: Must maintain a food handler's certification.
