Barback - Night Shift

The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with itemsupon request that help assure exceptional guest service specifically in the Concessions environment.

The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request in a timely manner to help assure exceptional guest service. Delivers stock to all Concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Responsible for stocking bar items and filling the ice bins as needed and anticipating bar needs throughout the shift.

Ensures prompt, quality service is provided.

Assists in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.

Assists with moving any equipment as required for events throughout the venue.

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests

Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
