Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR Circulator RN for a main OR assignment requiring prior circulator and CST experience with a variable call schedule.
Details

Work in a 12-room main OR within the Surgical Services department of a 350-bed hospital
Patient ratio of 1:1
Day shift RN circulators work 0630-1900 alongside CST support staff
Night shift coverage provided by a single RN working 1430-2300
Shift hours for this role run 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM with a variable call schedule
Uses Meditech EMR
Typical procedures include General, Orthopedic, Urology, Robotics, and Gynecology surgeries
Required to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license required
BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within first 30 days of start)
Minimum 1 year of recent OR circulator experience required
Main OR experience required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
Two professional references required for Florida candidates
