Claims Processor / Customer Service Representative
- ? $22.50/hr | Temporary - Indefinite Assignment
- ? 78238 | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Process and adjudicate healthcare claims accurately and timely.
Answer incoming calls from providers and assist with claim inquiries and issue resolution.
Perform data entry, log disputes, process mail, and support administrative functions.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of call center experience preferred.
- 6 months of claims adjudication experience preferred.
- Healthcare claims experience is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills (50+ WPM), attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
