10-13 patients per day so you can actually treat, think, document, and breathe.

No required double booking, which is basically outpatient PT unicorn territory.

Full-time Monday-Friday schedule, with Friday ending at 4:30 PM.

5.6 weeks PTO accrual max in years 0-4, which is a real quality-of-life benefit.

Aquatic therapy training about half a day per week, giving PTs a new treatment skillset without leaving the job.

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics role near Wallingford, CT with a nonprofit specialty healthcare organization focused entirely on medical rehabilitation.

The patient population includes post-surgical cases, back pain, orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and some medically complex cases connected to a premier inpatient rehabilitation environment.

This is not a "same five diagnoses forever" clinic.

You will have access to a large rehab gym, strong clinical resources, aquatic therapy exposure, supportive leadership, and a team that actually understands rehabilitation because rehab is the entire mission.

Physical Therapist, PT, DPT, or eligibility for Connecticut PT licensure

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Outpatient, orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, or rehabilitation experience preferred

New graduates are welcome to apply
