Schedule: Weekday schedule with occasional community-based travel

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Mesa. The PTA will assist with treatment plan implementation, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to a safe, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment.

Document patient progress and care in compliance with state practice act standards.

Adhere to OSHA, infection control, and state regulations.

Serve as an active member of the treatment team for assigned patients.

Assist with training and mentoring Physical Therapy Technicians as needed.

Education & Certification Requirements Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program (required).

Current Arizona PTA licensure/certification (or eligibility to obtain before start date).

Experience Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience or equivalent required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, equipment, and treatment protocols.

Proficiency in OSHA standards, infection control, and compliance policies.

Ability to recognize safety risks and respond appropriately.

Work Environment Outpatient clinical setting with occasional community-based travel.
