Join Our Studio Team at Riser Fitness! Be a part of the growing boutique fitness industry and help members on their fitness journey in a fun, high-energy, service-focused environment! Riser Fitness, established in 2013, operates multiple locations in CA, OR, and WA, and is one of the largest franchisees of Club Pilates, a well-established brand in 41 states and 3 countries with over 650 studios.
Club Pilates offers group reformer classes for all levels, aiming to provide affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills; goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong customer service skills and ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
Proficient computer skills.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
Part-time position.
Execute the full sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
Conduct studio tours to build rapport with prospects and facilitate sales.
Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
Participate in community events to promote the studio.
Effective hearing in person and via telephone.
Compensation & Perks: $16-$18 per hour plus 10% commission. Opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional sales and management positions.
