Nursing LPN/LVN Rehab

Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice
Use nursing process, judgment, and skills to prioritize and deliver quality direct resident care
Administer standard treatments and medications, monitor resident responses and effects
Communicate and collaborate with team members to update care plans and share pertinent findings
Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and residents' responses
Oversee and evaluate delivery of care by CNAs, considering their competency and residents' needs

Qualifications Graduate of an approved nursing school
Current, in-good-standing LPN license in New York
Dedicated to compassionate, clinically sound care
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with staff
Interest in helping residents including the elderly, injured, or disabled
Covid-19 vaccination encouraged but not required
