Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour Weekend Days: +$3/hour Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour

Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes. Monitor and document patient conditions. Perform treatments as ordered by the physician. Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.

Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license) Strong assessment and communication skills A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self-motivated spirit Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
