Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - Midnight
Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.
As our next Parts Counter Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, providing friendly and knowledgeable service to create positive interactions while keeping customers informed about special orders and back ordered parts and handling returns if necessary.
Accurately process parts orders, ensuring the correct parts are selected and available for customers while adhering to delivery timelines.
Locate and secure parts from various vendors for shop jobs, demonstrating a proactive approach to honoring commitments and fulfilling customer orders.
Provide technical assistance to customers, including assisting service technicians with acquiring parts.
Utilize strong product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right parts for their needs, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.

Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
Previous customer service experience
3 years of Automotive or truck parts related experience
Understands and can identify common commodity parts
Able to order and check-in parts orders
Intermediate Computer skills
