SYSTEMS ENGINEERING AND ANALYSIS

As a Systems Engineer III, you will handle advanced tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, Verification & Validation (V&V), and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). You will lead system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management efforts, providing guidance to junior engineers. You will take on significant project responsibilities, demonstrating expertise in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management. Effective communication and collaboration are crucial as you drive project success and mentor less experienced team members.

Responsibilities Handle advanced tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
Lead system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management efforts.
Take on significant project responsibilities and guide junior engineers.
Demonstrate expertise in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Communicate and collaborate effectively to drive project success.
Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
Practical knowledge of multiple Engineering principles and practices.
systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and V&V principles.
Experience with requirements management and system modelling tools, such as DOORS, Cameo, MATLAB.
Practical knowledge of industry standard mechanical design principles, to include, but not limited to, requirements management, MBSE.
Experience or certification in International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) standards [Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP)/Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)].
Exposure to establishing and tracking key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM).
Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification.
Essential Functions Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
