Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their rehabilitation aspirations.
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and caregivers on therapy practices that will facilitate recovery at home.
Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans, ensuring that patients are on their path to success.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
A deep passion for helping people and an intrinsic motivation to assist others in achieving their highest level of independence
Full-time schedule with flexible shifts
