Travel nurse - home health home care

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa.

24 months of of current operating room experience [required] --- (hospital/medical center experience will be prioritized)

General, davinci Robotics, Pediatrics and Trauma [required]

Neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, Ear, nose, throat, Vascular) [highly preferred]

EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years [required]

No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 15 mos. [Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing) – [required]

Nursy’s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]

Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]

Driver’s License [document] [required]

Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. RN OR - Operating Room
