Associate understands that the focus of the job is to make the guest want to come back by exceeding their expectations./ppJob duties and responsibilities:/pulliConsistent and timely maintenance of table settings, dining room and overall restaurant cleanliness./liliMaintain service alley and restroom cleanliness, including stocking./liliCleans spills and messes that occur in the dining room or entrance area; maintains the cleanliness of these areas./liliPrompt, courteous delivery of chip set-up and refills./liliCooperates with and supports food service function./liliRemoves soiled items from guest table./liliUnloads soiled dishes in dish area and unloads tray./li/ulpPerformance categories and standards:/pulliFollows Company policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards./liliMaintains a mature, polished, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers./liliPersonal appearance in accordance with Company standard./liliMust work well with limited supervision and highly interactive with coworkers to accomplish work./liliPunctual and dependable./liliFollows Company Serving Alcohol Responsibly program./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliTraining/Permits: Food Handlers Permit where required./li/ulpPhysical demands/work environment:/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
