Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU/PCU - Nights

Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to deliver specialized neuro-critical care in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma teaching hospital. The ideal candidate will handle complex neurological cases and adapt to changing unit needs.

Provide advanced patient care for neurological ICU patients, including those with TBI, SAH, SDH, tumors, and other neurological disorders.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain compliance with all certification and hospital policies, including timely documentation and procedural protocols.

Float within scope to other ICUs, PCU floors, ED, and PACU as needed, providing consistent, high-quality care.

Valid RN license with pending or active state license acceptance.

Minimum of 1.5 years of ICU experience, particularly in neuro-critical environments.

Demonstrated proficiency in neuro procedures, patient assessments, and dysrhythmia management.

Ability to work night shifts and accommodate block scheduling.
