Summary
The Senior Client Advisor at the Houston Galleria boutique drives store performance through exceptional individual sales and elevated client engagement. They lead by example on the sales floor, cultivate lasting client relationships, and support daily store operations while upholding the Maison’s standards of excellence. This role requires deep product knowledge, a business mindset, and a passion for fashion culture.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding individual sales performance and elevated client service on the sales floor
Cultivate and grow a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship building
Support onboarding and development of new Client Advisors by sharing best practices and product expertise
Use digital tools and sales platforms to optimize business opportunities and track KPIs
Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations and team objectives
Maintain professional presentation and adhere to company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
Proven experience in high-quality, client-focused service within fashion, accessories, or luxury hospitality
Consistent track record of strong sales results and meeting or exceeding KPIs
Demonstrated passion for fashion and ability to create personalized client looks
Business-minded, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English and local language; comfortable with digital tools
Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professionalism and collaboration
