Float Phlebotomist Float Location: 6101 N Fresno St., Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours vary between 6:00am-6:00pm. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.

Process billing information and collect payments when required.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

California state‑issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).

1 or more years of experience as a phlebotomist.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Additional Job Standards In lieu of the state license requirement, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet the license requirement.

Benefits Qualified for Phlebotomy Incentive Plan: quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range: $21.00‑$33.00 per hour.

Float Incentive: additional $1.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.
