Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning , remote or in-person clinical supervision , parent training , assessments and team meetings . At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence , while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.

Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.

Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies .

Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) .

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field .

Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills , with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.

Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
