Job Overview A law firm seeks an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of liability insurance defense experience for their Thomasville, GA office. The role offers substantial independence with opportunities for feedback and mentoring. The attorney will manage their own caseload, including client communication, legal research, and court appearances.

Duties Manage and communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Conduct legal research and analyze case law.

Handle depositions and court appearances.

Draft pleadings, motions, and reports.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of liability insurance defense experience.

Strong writing skills are essential.

Prior litigation experience preferred but not required.

Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Skills Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
