Contract | Full-Time | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Float Position
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit, monitoring and responding to cardiac rhythms and patient status changes
Float to assigned units as needed based on staffing and census demands
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and scheduling requirements, including limited time-off requests
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
Previous travel nursing experience required
Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
Ability to commit to an 8-week assignment with no more than three days of requested time off; no holiday time-off requests will be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced acute care settings
