• *What you'll be doing as a Custodian:**

• Clean the interior and exterior of all windows, doors, and their hardware.
• Deep clean all appliances including refrigerators, stoves, water heaters, range hoods, etc.
• Clean all ceilings, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, air vents, exhaust vents, smoke alarms, walls, etc.
• Assist with floor care including but not limited to stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing.
• Assist with performing dwelling unit turnovers as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor to include painting, refinishing, floor care, and follow up cleaning.
• Performs other duties and/or assignments as may be directed by the Maintenance Supervisor

**Available shifts:**

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

**One (1) year of progressively responsible experience in general and deep cleaning

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when appropriate
