The Café Barista is a high-energy, guest-focused team member responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing high-quality beverages and food items in a fast-paced café environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active, and bringing positive energy to every shift.

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and sandwiches according to brand standards and recipes
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
Accurately process POS transactions and cash handling duties
Stay open to coaching, training, and feedback for continuous improvement
A successful Café Barista will:
Bring a positive, friendly, and energetic attitude every shift
Naturally enjoy talking with and helping customers
Demonstrate accuracy in basic math and cash handling
Operate equipment safely and correctly
Manual dexterity and ability to use kitchen equipment safely
Ability to work safely with chemicals and equipment
