Outpatient RN CAP 1 Role

The Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry-level registered nurse responsible for delivering and coordinating high-quality care for patients, primarily involving hemodialysis treatment.

Patient assessment, treatment planning, medication administration, education, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Delegate tasks to care staff.

Assist with emergency response and participate in quality improvement activities.

Maintain physical stamina for patient handling, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Nursing licensure.

Nephrology experience preferred.
