EPT4 Border Wall Project – Antelope Wells, New MexicoDurus Industrial is seeking experienced concrete and reinforcing steel installers to support execution of the EPT4 Border Wall Project located in Antelope Wells, New Mexico. This position supports structural concrete operations associated with border infrastructure construction including reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, embeds, foundations, and related structural work in remote heavy civil construction environments.Core ResponsibilitiesInstall reinforcing steel (rebar), anchor bolts, embeds, and structural componentsAssist with formwork, layout, and concrete placement operationsPerform concrete finishing, curing, and structural support activitiesInstall grout and support foundation systems as requiredRead and interpret drawings, layouts, and field instructionsMaintain production schedules while adhering to strict quality and safety standardsSupport daily coordination with field supervision and project management teamsQualifications5+ years of concrete and/or reinforcing steel installation experienceExperience working on heavy civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural concrete projectsAbility to read construction drawings and perform layout workFamiliarity with formwork systems and concrete placement proceduresStrong understanding of construction safety requirements and jobsite expectationsAbility to work in remote outdoor environments under physically demanding conditionsWork Environment & ExpectationsProject located in Antelope Wells, New MexicoExtended work schedules expected based on project demandsOutdoor work performed in remote desert environments including heat, wind, dust, and uneven terrainEmployees must maintain compliance with all site safety, security, and border access requirementsReliable transportation and willingness to travel requiredZero-tolerance safety culture with mandatory PPE compliance at all timesCompensationPrevailing Wage Project in accordance with NM20240012 applicable wage determinations for Reinforcing Steel WorkersOvertime opportunities availablePer diem available for qualifying employees and assignmentsBenefits package available
