1. st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Prior manufacturing experience preferred

Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn molding processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Load rubber materials and pre-forms into mold cavities

Operate compression, transfer, or injection molding presses

Monitor cure times, temperatures, and production quality

Safely remove molded rubber products from presses

Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy

Trim excess flash from molded components

Perform routine daily maintenance on molding equipment

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.

Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Press Operator.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.

Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
