We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Assistant to report to the HR Manager. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions .

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities include:
Background check s
Orientation, o nboarding and offboarding tasks
Milestone and Exit Interviews
Employee a nniversary recognition p rograms
E vent p lanning and execution
Vehicle f leet m anagement
Workers compensation and s afety program management
Training assignment and management
Employment verification
Special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, equivalent experience or related field
Excellent v erbal and written communication and note taking
Ability to work and serve within a team environment
Problem solving resolutions management
Computer and Microsoft product usage

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged sitting and standing
Ability to travel as needed
