Infant Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education

17–$19 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Full-Time, Monday–Friday The Learning Experience – River Vale is seeking an experienced and nurturing Infant Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our Infant Lead Teacher creates a warm, responsive classroom where babies feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore. We're looking for someone who already has experience caring for infants or young children in a professional childcare setting and is confident supporting the unique routines and developmental needs of our youngest learners.

Provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day

Create age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences

Observe developmental progress and celebrate important milestones

Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and center leadership

Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous professional childcare or early childhood education experience required

Previous Lead Teacher experience is a plus

CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus, but not required

Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
