Service Tech II Windsor Castle Hill - Carrollton, TX
Windsor Castle Hill is a garden style apartment community with 430 units.
Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work order management. Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. For the fifth year in a row, Windsor Communities is the recipient of the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service.
Hourly: Starting at $21.02 - $26.28 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Enjoy a 40% housing discount (pending standard credit and background approval for all occupants), with the opportunity to increase to 50% after just two years of employment with us!
~ Annual vacation, and personal time, including:
~1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave after one year of service, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days.

Bi-annual regional sales, service, and performance awards.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
Support the company's values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas.
Site specific certifications such as:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations.
