Phlebotomist (temporary/hourly)

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a Medical Office in Englewood, CO 80010. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, additional hours/days may be requested in this role.
Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 months or more experience as a Phlebotomist
Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Compensation and Incentives Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
