Prep Cooks enable our restaurants to produce high-quality items efficiently by preparing ingredients in advance. Responsibilities include daily food prep, following sanitation guidelines, and maintaining recipe standards for product consistency.
Commitment to quality service and knowledge of food and beverage
Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English and professional communication skills
Stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items throughout shifts
Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
