Process and fund indirect loan applications submitted by dealers or vendor partners. Verify all information in the loan package is accurate and compliant with PenAir Credit Union's Indirect Lending Program. Contact indirect dealer partners and members as needed to complete new loan and account information.

Review indirect loan packages to ensure all applicable documents are received and verified for accuracy.

Fund indirect loans by entering the application into the loan origination system, calculating, and distributing loan proceeds and dealership reserves, and booking loans to the core system.

Work directly with underwriting and dealership personnel to resolve contract terms that may vary from the original approval.

Contact members as directed by management to verify the borrower's information, discuss financing terms and collateral insurance, and obtain any missing information or documentation.

A high school degree or equivalent.

In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. The starting pay for this role is $21.31 per hour.
