Part-Time Telemetry Registered Nurse

About This Role The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population, focusing on expanding knowledge and skills while providing effective direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to improving patient outcomes and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Schedule: Part-time, Day shift
What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
Develop and coordinate a patient/family-focused plan of care.
Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology.
Adhere to established protocols and document events accurately.
Experience: At least 6 months of nursing experience or participation in a new grad nurse residency program
Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required
Telemetry certification is a plus
