As a Security Officer Unarmed Roving Patrol in Big Bear Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel and resort common areas, entrances, parking areas, guest accommodations, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
