Part Time Caregiver
Are you a great teammate? Do you love providing care and compassion for the elderly? Our Lighthouse Senior Living community is looking for a part time Caregiver. This is a critical position, in our Ellicott City location. As part of the Wellness team, you will be responsible for assisting residents in various daily basic life activities. We'll expect a good bedside manner with at least 1-year relatable experience, CAN/GNA certifications a plus. In return we'll provide a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and sick time. Plus, the best residents! Schedule is rotating weekends per diem opportunities. Hourly rate starting at $17.00 with room for experience. This position requires both assisted living and memory care.
Essential Functions:

Demonstrated compassionate, patient with a strong customer service focus
Ability to show tactful compassion in high stress and emotional situations
Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility.
Observe and report changes in residents' condition both physically and emotionally.
Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use.
