The Retail Attendant at Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk has a passion for guest service, food, wine, and hospitality. You create memorable experiences through efficient, friendly, and team-based service while educating guests about our products, wines, and Wine Club. Your goal is not only to serve but also to connect; inviting guests to join our growing Wine Club community and ensuring every visit is worth returning for.

Pay Range: $15 - $18 per hour. 40 percent Retail Wine Discount ; 20 percent Discount on Retail and Private Events

Maintain full knowledge of Piccolo Buco’s menu, retail items, wines, Wine of the Month, and Wine Club events

Ensure your workstation is fully stocked, organized, and prepared for opening or mid-shift

Keep the retail and tasting room areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times

Restock wine and merchandise promptly, ensuring displays are attractive and per standards

Follow all checklists and standard operating procedures for opening, mid-shift, and closing

Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately and according to company standards

Make it personal: Educate guests on our wines, tasting experiences, and Wine Club benefits, inviting them to join with confidence and enthusiasm

Provide thoughtful recommendations for food, wine, and retail items based on guest preferences

Serve beverages and conduct tastings with attention to detail, presentation, and hospitality standards

Experience in a casual dining, upscale dining, or retail sales environment preferred

Wine knowledge or experience in a wine-focused environment preferred

Comfort and enthusiasm in actively inviting guests to join the Wine Club

Ability to read, understand and communicate in English

Comfort working weekend, holidays and flexible schedules
