Obtains translation services for oral communication in the patient's primary language as needed; documents services utilized in the patient records.Patient Assessment: Data Collection Data collection is done in accordance with and within timeframes specified in MMC polices. Recognizes normal and expected findings appropriate to the developmental age (infant, toddler, preschooler, school age, adolescent, early adult, middle adult and geriatric) of the patient.Reports to the RN/LVN any perceived significant learning needs, barriers to learning, learning and language preferences.
