We are seeking a Full-Time Night Shift Emergency Department RN to provide exceptional, safe care to every patient, every time. In our newly expanded, state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center, you'll work collaboratively with a supportive team to serve our vibrant community in Southwest Washington.
9 FTE Night - Shift Emergency RN working three 12-hour shifts each week (1900-0730), you'll be on the front lines of fast-paced, high-acuity care. Our Emergency Department includes:

• 68 private treatment rooms
• A dedicated behavioral health unit
• The Heart of the Emergency Department (

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your emergency and trauma skills while caring for a diverse patient population in a cutting-edge environment.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs with a patient-centered approach.
Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record.
Direct and delegate care to other team members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow.
Manage complex patient care situations, including the administration of tPA, seizure management, and blood pressure abnormalities with parenteral vasoactive agents.
Participate in the development and maintenance of hospital policies, quality improvement, and safety programs.

Competitive Pay: Our hourly wage for this position ranges from$56.92 to $86.09 (per the Collective Bargaining Agreement ( ). We also offer great shift differentials of up to $7.75/hour for night shifts and additional pay for advanced degrees and certifications.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
A current Washington RN license or a current Multistate RN license is required by your date of hire.
