Material Handler Inventory Warehouse

Warehouse Employee

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented warehouse employee to join our shipping and receiving team. The shipping and receiving team are responsible for maintaining inventory of products used on utility-scale solar projects. In this role, you will be responsible for counting, packaging and moving items around the warehouse. Prior experience operating a forklift is ideal but not required.

Assist the shipping and receiving team with various tasks, such as counting, packaging and moving items around the warehouse.

• Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet targets, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in training and initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and processes. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications in electrical or manufacturing fields is a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly, preferably in electrical or solar-related industries is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety practices.
• Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
