As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will lead efforts to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, optimize production processes, and support new and existing products throughout their lifecycle.
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S initiatives
Create and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
Support production teams with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Modify and maintain 2D and 3D designs using CAD software
Design manufacturing, assembly, and inspection tooling
Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions
Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and product validations
Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product structures within ERP/PDM systems
Collaborate with design engineering, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and production teams
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a machine manufacturing or similar environment
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience using CAD software, including SolidWorks and/or Autodesk products
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience in automation, machine design, material handling, or custom equipment manufacturing

Background in medical devices, aerospace, laser technology, or food and beverage manufacturing
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar platforms
Technical certifications in automation, quality, machine design, or related disciplines
Work on innovative automation and manufacturing technologies
