Schedule: This is a full-time position. You will work 4-5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift), with 3 weekend shifts required per month. You will submit 4 days of unavailability per month.

Locations You'll Cover: Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, Solana Beach clinic locations plus occasional on-call and Mobile IV shifts.

What You'll Do

Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic.

Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.

Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.

Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities.

Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic.

The Details

Schedule: Full-time. Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Three weekend shifts each month.

Requirements

Current BLS certification required

BSN or diploma in nursing

Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present

Two years of related experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures

Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software

Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills

Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to traverse the entire facility

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
