Registered Nurse - Telemetry Monitoring

MLK Community Hospital seeks a compassionate RN for our Med Surg/Tele unit. The RN will provide high-quality, culturally competent care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions, including cardiac and telemetry needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring, medication administration, wound care, patient education, and care coordination with an interdisciplinary team. The nurse will champion patient safety, document in the EHR, support smooth transitions of care, and contribute to quality improvement while advancing health equity for an underserved South Los Angeles community.
