Phlebotomist - Flexible Hours

Assist in determining the suitability of donors
Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness
Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product
Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines
Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment
Requirements High School diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Core Competencies Demonstrates the ability to assess donor suitability and ensure donor health while operating automated plasmapheresis machines. Establishes strong rapport with donors to enhance customer satisfaction and effectively manage donor reactions.
