Registered Nurse- Emergency Room - Fulltime Flexible Shift

Inova Cornwall Campus Freestanding Emergency Department is seeking an experienced ED Nurse. Full-Time, Days and/or Mids; 3-12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; This role is eligible for sign on bonus and relocation assistance. Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
Experience: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.
If RN has an AD, within 2 years from date of hire, they must meet with their nurse leader and conduct the following: 1.) Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license
For Critical Care units, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support within 6 months of hire; For Pediatric units, Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
Experience : Two(2) plus years Emergency Department (ED) as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Proficient computer skills required
