ROLE - SPECIALTY

Days: 8 hours (Shift times vary between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Requirements

• New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
• 2+ years current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
• Chemo Certification (ONS)
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
• Peripheral IV insertion experience
• Port/Fistula/Catheter experience
• EPIC experience

Compliance / Notes

• COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required
• Must include license/registration certificate with submissions
• Must complete 14 panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• RTO requests during assignment must be noted at upload (no more than 5 days accepted)
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color (no designs or cartoons, no hoodies)
• Training requirements: Completion of de-escalation training from approved organizations required as of 1/1/2024
