Fair pay, clean floors, and steady shifts show we mean it when we say we've got your back.Requirements:High school diploma or GED requiredNo previous press operating experience required; on-the-job training providedBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn printing press operationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issuesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to safely handle production materials and operate equipmentAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaJob Duties:Assist with setting up printing presses by loading ink, paper, and production materialsAdjust press settings under the direction of the Press Operator to meet job specificationsMonitor press operations and identify equipment issues or production concernsLoad and unload paper rolls, sheets, and other materialsPrepare and stage materials for production runsStack, sort, inspect, and package finished printed productsPerform quality inspections to ensure printed materials meet specificationsClean and perform routine maintenance on printing presses and work areasMaintain production records and assist with inventory of printing suppliesFollow all company safety procedures and support production goals as part of the press teamBenefits:Fair Weekly Pay.
