Management receptionist

Receptionist Position
Position Summary: The Receptionist will make an impact by assisting our clients with their risk management and insurance needs each and every day.
Greet all visitors that come into the office
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Identify opportunities to engage with customers
Maintain updated customer files including policy information, correspondence, and contact information
Order office supplies as needed
Assist Account Managers as needed
A strong focus on completing tasks and projects accurately and thoroughly
Timely Task Completion: Ability to finish tasks and projects efficiently, managing resources and priorities effectively
Creative Thinking: Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
