Our reputable law firm is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who is well-versed in family law, including matters related to divorce, custody, alimony, spousal support and more. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of family law, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and have a proven record of delivering positive results for clients. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on complex family law matters such as divorce, child custody, alimony, spousal support, and property division.

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including marital settlement agreements, parenting plans, and court pleadings.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests at all times.

Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective case strategies that align with clients' objectives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions, and apply this knowledge to client cases.

Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the efficient and timely management of cases.

Participate in business development activities to grow the firm’s family law practice.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the WA state bar.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney, with a strong track record of handling cases, legal issues, alimony, and spousal support.

Proficient in legal research and writing.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.

Passion for helping clients navigate challenging family law issues, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
