Maintenance/Warehouse Person

Our interior sliding door systems are sold primarily into the healthcare, commercial office, and hospitality markets. We partner with Division 8 (Commercial Door) distributors across the United States and Canada along with architects and building owners to provide a customized, cost‑effective solution.

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate helps ensure that the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Complete any and all tasks assigned by the Operations Manager. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities Maintain a positive, results-oriented attitude that promotes teamwork with peers, operations, other support functions, and customers.

Perform operations such as assembling door hardware, cleaning & packing aluminum extrusions for shipment, and loading/unloading trucks.

Stage and package finished product for delivery.

Complete basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations.

Provide excellent customer service and engagement with team members.

Follow proper procedures to pull items using labels and picking documents.

Maintain a high level of product quality by inspecting all products for defect prior to packing.

Aids and assists the warehouse department by loading crates into outgoing trailers and putting receivables in a location in the warehouse.

Assist with receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise or material.

Requirements Education, Experience & Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

1-2 years experience in warehouse, packaging or related industry.

Experience operating a forklift, basic power tools, and measuring equipment.

Proven attendance record that teammates can count on to effectively serve the company and its customers.

Eye for detail and ability to differentiate between components to ensure they meet quality standards.

Enjoys working with hands and deriving satisfaction from making quality products efficiently.

Capable of setting and achieving personal goals and holding others accountable.

Proficiency in English (verbal/written).

Basic computer use.

Physical Demands And Work Environment Moderate physical activity, handling average-weight objects up to 100 pounds.

Exposure to hazards or physical risks, requiring basic safety precautions.
